PTA-2 Robotic Arm
BROADCAST CAMERA PLATFORM
The PTA-2 is a robotic camera platform specifically designed for supporting heavier broadcast cameras and lenses in studio applications. MRMC also offers a variation, the PTA-2B designed to carry heavy-payload box lenses to be used in sports productions.

PTA-2 - Studio Robotic Head
HIGH PAYLOAD DESIGN
Designed to flexbility and best-in-class performance, the PTA-2 is a high payload robotic arm that can be paired with the TRH-1 track solution to take your content creation to new levels.
The PTA-2 can carry up to 25 kg (55lb) when used with optional sidearm, and 15 kg (33lb) as standard, making is capable of supporting high-quality broadcast cameras and teleprompters.

PTA-2B - Remote Aquisition Head
Designed for Sports
Like the PTA-2, the PTA-2B also features a nodal head design, ensuring the load is centred above the pan-axis. With the ability to take up to a 40kg (88lb) payload, the PTA-2B is the perfect option for box lenses commonly used in sports broadcast. Like the rest of MRMC’s robotics range, the PTA-2B integrates with MHC and can be controlled via pan-bars, joystick or automatically via integration with Polymotion Player or Polymotion Relay. As the PTA-2B can be controlled over an IP network, it is well suited for remote operation.

EASY TO USE INTERFACE
MHC is a class leading next generation remote control platform. This software comes in two parts, MHC server and MHC client. MHC server can dynamically control an unlimited number of robots.
The servers role is to take input information, from multiple users and sources, and then translate this to smooth fluid camera moves on any of the MRMC robotic heads.
