MRMC’s Static Head System (SLH) is a class-leading static, studio robotic solution that provides extremely smooth movement. Ideal for broadcast studios but also for live events such as concerts, festivals and houses of worship. Flexible height options and different heads are supported enabling support for teleprompters and over crowd shots. It is available in a single (SLH-1) and dual-stage (SLH-2) version.

Designed for Studio Production
Designed for a heavy payload, the SLH can accommodate a full-system camera, typical studio lens, as well as a teleprompter. System can be paired with any of MRMC’s robotic heads, such as the PTA-2. Fully IP-controlled and can be controlled via MRMC’s MHC and Polymotion Chat systems, which allows it to offer lift movement, combined with industry-leading/award-winning talent tracking.

Advanced Intergration For Virtual Production
The SLH offers FreeD output data from the lift column and camera head, which can be combined to provide real-time positional telemetry to third-party VR environments. The system can also be paired with MRMC’s XY-Scanner repositioning system, allowing it to be quickly realigned with the VR environment via a simple push-button reconfiguration after repositioning around a studio floor between productions.
